Carnaby’s Christmas Lights

November 8, 2012 – January 6, 2013

Carnaby will be collaborating with The Rolling Stones in celebration of their 50th Anniversary for the 2012 Christmas light installation. Carnaby is world famous for its music heritage as well as its fashion heritage and this year’s Christmas designs will be a very special project with the greatest rock’n’roll band in the world. The Christmas decorations will consist of huge 3D spheres suspended throughout Carnaby Street containing gold and silver vinyl records emblazoned with the bands iconic artwork and album covers. The Carnaby arches will also be dressed with The Stones iconic tongue logo. The outdoor installations tell a visual story from the band’s creation in the 1960s to the present day.
