YYZ-PBI-YYZ; ERI-CLE-LAX

If you are following me on Facebook or Twitter, then you know I didn’t travel that much in November. Thank God because between September 18 and October 21 I flew 46,185 miles! My big trip was flying to Florida to check out the St. Regis Bal Harbour and celebrate my dad’s birthday at The Mai-Kai. Then I went back to Toronto, drove to Erie for Thanksgiving at my sister’s house before flying home to L.A. The first leg of the return flight was on this Dash 8 (pictured above) to Cleveland.

Did you travel last month? If so, please share your November airport codes in the comments section below.

Home base for me is SFO, but I was in the middle of different business trips at the start and end of November:

    HYD-(9W)-BLR; BLR-(UL)-CMB; CMB-(EK)-SIN-(QF)-LHR-(BA)-SFO; SFO-(AA)-DFW-(AA)-GDL

I was tempted to toss in LAX-(AA)-JFK-(EY)-AUH-(EY)-HYD at the beginning, but that was technically the last couple of days of October for me. :-)

Impressive mileage but have you thought about environmental impacts of all that flying?I fly a lot myself but increasingly I worry about aircraft fuel burn contributing to increase in cloud cover and ultimately climate effects and I’m not yet convinced about the human causes of climate change but?!

    JJ,

Just curious. How many miles have you collected thus far in life?
