Make the most of Twitter
To save as much money as possible, and to travel prepared, make sure to follow all the airlines, hotels and travel players on Twitter so you can be the first to know about sales, mistake fares (think United’s $5-$10 fares last week) and travel updates. Here’s a handy resource list I compiled of everyone worth following on Twitter.
