Bio: Roberta Isceri is a journalist and an enthusiastic blogger. She comes from four years of work in internal and external communication for the Italian Banking Association.

Her first real trip was many years ago: she was fourteen and left Italy to Turkey with the family camper, crossing the former Yugoslavia and trying to circumvent the war. The memory of the red second-hand Volkswagen and of that initiatory journey  has led her to write a story, with which she placed herself among the winners of “On the Road,” the literary contest set up by ANAS (Autonomous National Roads Company). The story will be published in December by Ensemble Edizioni.

She lives in Rome but she considers herself a citizen of the world, perhaps because she was born in southern Italy (her father is from Puglia and her mother is Sicilian), she grew up in the North and then she moved to Tuscany, before (definitively?) settling in Italy’s Capital .

Roberta has just founded www.italiaterapia.com and www.italytherapy.com, through which she intends to suggest emotional itineraries in Italy. What she wants is to develop an idea of emotional tourism based on her own moods and those of her readers, for which she writes short and very personal reportages…
