Travel Product of the Week: Drink Safe Tech

Drink Safe TechIf you’re a woman traveling alone, I don’t recommend accepting drinks from strangers unless you’ve watched the bartender make them (I even wrote a tip about it). But even then you should always keep your eyes on it or put your hand over the top so no one can slip you a mickey. It can happen anywhere, including your hometown, if you aren’t careful.

Fortunately, there are now products out there—like Drink Safe Tech—that will help you safeguard your drink by allowing you to quickly and discreetly test it to see if it’s been tampered with.

Comments

  1. Don’t drink with someone you just met. Haven’t you watched the detective shows and a
woman has a drink spiked and can’t remember what happened? Invariably, she has been raped

  2. Great idea but nobody would probably do it. If you were that worried about your drink being spiked you probably wouldn’t leave your hotel room.
