PackingDivide Your Clothes
Yesterday’s tip was to not check a bag when making a connection, but I realize that’s sometimes not an option. So, if you’re traveling with another person, my suggestion (beyond putting some clothes in your carry-on) is to put half of your clothes in your companion’s checked bag and put half of their clothes in your bag. That way, if the airline loses one bag, at least you’ll both have enough clothes to tide you over until they find it.

It’s great that Natalie helps you pack your bag… ;-)

That would be OK I guess, but on our trip to Hungary, Lufthansa/Swissair separated BOTH my wifes AND my bags from us, on EACH direction of the trip.

I’ll try that next time ;)
