Better Hawaii Airport Transport

This week’s tip comes from two separate readers who built on my Honolulu airport transfer tip earlier this week with their own advice for traveling to and from the Honolulu airport. First, reader CoolKidSchwan commented:
“Aloha. I’m a full time Hawaii resident. The best price for transportation to and from the airport to Waikiki (and vice versa) is with Charlie Taxi. $30.00 flat rate all day everyday. You can call ahead and they will be there to pick you up. Charlie’s has the nicest cabs and drivers on da island. (808) 233-3333.”
Then, reader Bobby H. added:
“I used Oahu Airport Express. Waiting for me when I retrieved my baggage. $35 for 1-4 people, bags included. No waiting. Tipped $5.”
Always good to know your options—and I’ll definitely be checking these out next time I visit Hawaii. Thanks guys!

Also a long term resident, Roberts Hawaii is much better and half the price ( US$ 15 one way to or from airport $ 28 round trip) they will meet you before luggage with a lei and take your luggage to the bus / van for trip to Honolulu

Hawaii 23 is also a good company to use. They charge $23.00 for 1 or 2 people each way, but their service is not shared. That means they pick you up and go directly to your destination.
