Emergen-CHow to Improve the Taste of the Drinking Water
If you’re traveling to a place where the water doesn’t taste great but is safe to drink, use one of those flavored vitamin C packets like Emergen-C. I use them all the time—not just to flavor the water but also to boost my immune system when I’m traveling. You can get them at most grocery stores, Target or online at Amazon.com, where you can get them for less than $0.28 a pack.

FYI: I took the photo above ten days ago in France on a cruise with Uniworld.

I use powdered ice tea or powdered lemonade type drinks for this, too. Or just to give me something other than bottled water or beer to drink when I’m places I can’t drink the water. After2 weeks I get tired of water and beer!
