I can't thank Toshiba enough. They (Teri Bruno & John Kelly) just made my life so much easier when they agreed to replace my laptop without making me jump through hurdles. On top of that they hooked me up with Dr. Mel Raab from the Automatic Corporation in Beverly Hills (310-552-2101) who transferred my data to my new computer. I spent 9 hours with Dr. Mel as we waited -- talking about computers, travel, life, and his daughter’s column in the Daily Bruin -- for it to be completed.
