I was off to the beautiful island named l'ile de R� (translated means the island of R�). I departed from Paris' Gare Montparnasse.

To get to l'ile de R� from Paris I took a TGV (Train � Grande Vitesse - translated into English means high speed train) to La Rochelle.

The train to La Rochelle took only two hours and forty nine minutes (2:49) as it traveled up to speeds of 186 mph.

La Rochelle looked beautiful but I was only there to jump on

the "Re Bus"
