Bogota Airport Check-In
I was supposed to fly from Bogota to LAX and hang out for a night at home before flying to Guadalajara to speak at a travel conference. At the very last minute I had an epiphany: Why backtrack when I can cut my flying time by half and relax? I paid the fees and changed my routing.
I arrived just before 8 a.m. at Bogota's El Dorado International Airport for a 9:45 a.m. flight to Mexico City. The lines at the domestic check-in were insane, but luckily I was flying internationally so my wait wasn't too long. Of course, there was a problem with my last-minute ticket so the
agents took a while figuring out the crazy changes and made me go back and forth to the salespeople.
