Now there's no more scrambling to find your "plastic dish" at the airport security checkpoint entrance, or recover
it once you're through. The Scanner Bag is a luggage tag with a quick-fold pouch inside that holds your "pocket stuff"
when you go through security. While you stand in line, you put all your small valuables into your Scanner Bag. It carries
them through the scanning machine, while still attached to your carry-on or briefcase. Scanner Bag can't make airport security
lines shorter, but it can help make them easier -- and even a bit faster for you. This product comes from the maker of the controversial Knee Defender, which just released a new and better-looking version. You can see both travel gadgets at GadgetDuck.com.
BONUS WEBSITE OF THE WEEK

I don’t normally make hotels our “Website of the Week,” but Hampton Hotels’ Hidden Landmarks site is really neat.
It helps visitors find nearly 1,000 off-the-beaten path attractions through searches like U.S. Olympic Games,
American History, Music, Sports, Movies, Mystery/Tragedy, Really Different, Food, Route 66, Celebrities,
Pop Culture and Arts & Literature. Search either by region or a specific state. I just searched on my home state of Connecticut,
and found all kinds of cool information I had no idea about, like the birthplace of the first hamburger, and a Dinosaur State Park.
