JOHNNY JET'S Q & A
With Travel Writer: Clara Bosonetto

PROFILE

The travel bug bit Clara in the early-80's while she traversed the world from a home in Saudi Arabia. A move to Atlanta began a 12-year travel agent career (Clark Howard taught her everything about budget travel!) and along with it the chance to travel vicariously with clients to spots she can still only imagine (Outer Mongolia?). Since the mid-90's, Clara has penned the Wednesday Budget Update and the Sunday Budget Traveler columns for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, both price-pointed pieces focusing on hot airfare deals for Atlanta travelers. Working from and traveling between two homes in Florida and one in Germany, Clara now tele-commutes for the Clark Howard Show as Producer of the "Travel Tip of the Day" on Clark's show at 5:40P on NewsTalk 750 WSB, Atlanta and as Editor of the bi-weekly newsletter, Clark Howard's Travel e-Scapes.
