In-flight mealMy good buddy Ramsey Qubein—who travels more than anyone I know (you can follow him at @DailyTravelTips)—recently tweeted a great tip. He warned that if you’re eating an in-flight meal served by flight attendants that comes on a tray, you shouldn’t stack the plates when you’re finished. That’s because stacking makes it harder for the flight attendants to store them back in their carts, meaning it takes them longer to do their work.

I’d never thought about this before, and I’ve stacked my plates many times thinking I was helping. In reality, I wasn’t.

    Great tip thanks .
l empathise with you – I couldn’t even look at aeroplanes on the television – then I won a competition to a luxury yoga retreat in India and overcame my fears ( with a little help from diazepam).
I’m not 20 countries a year but who knows .. one day !
