In a study conducted by Richard Wiseman, PhD (a Psychology professor at the University of Hertfordshire, UK), 88% of people who found wallets with photos of a smiling baby in them returned them to their owners.

Moral of the story: If you tend to lose your wallet, then put a picture of a happy baby in there. Heck, even if you don’t have a baby, it might be wise to put a picture of your niece, nephew, grandchild or best friend’s kid in your wallet!
