Website of the Week: Fly-Rights Consumer Guide to Air Travel

A lot of people are always asking me about their rights when they fly so after reading this piece by Joe Brancatelli on “Who’s Sorry Now? Not the Airlines” it triggered a light in my head that I should re-read the rights and feature them in my newsletter. Yeah, it’s long and of course it’s boring as hell but it’s good to know.
