App of the Week: Stop Jet Lag

Stop Jet LagDo you suffer from jet lag when you travel long distances? I have my own method(s) of conquering jet lag, but they will have to wait for a whole other story. In the meantime, there’s a new app for those who like to experiment with different treatments, and it’s called Stop Jet Lag. The Stop Jet Lag system supposedly works naturally, safely and scientifically to reset your body clock and alleviate jet lag. It’s free and allows you to get automatic jet lag schedule reminders, view jet lag advice and access your Stop Jet Lag recommendations. The app is available for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows 8 and Windows Phone. There’s also a premium service as well.

like having all that extra time in my day. So, I am happy with it,
