With a lifelong penchant for travel, Ann enjoys learning and discovery. Writing and photography fuel her passion for exploring new places, while opening endless angles for embracing travel adventures. Ann lives in Tennessee and contributes to regional print and online publications, specializing in activity-filled travel and outdoor pursuits in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. She writes about hiking, biking, kayaking and spa activities, as well as culinary and cultural themes. Highlights of her travel adventures include cooking cactus soup in Curacao, walking the Pilgrims Trail (St. Jacques) in France, being stranded in Dublin during a volcanic ash fallout, cycling from Germany to Vienna on the Danube bike path, and volunteering at the World Equestrian Games 2014.
