Thanksgiving travel delaysWith the holidays just around the corner, it’s time to start booking your trips (here are my 10 ways to find cheap Thanksgiving flights). There are a lot of ways to lessen your chances of having your flight delayed or canceled (i.e. taking the first flight of the day). But one trick that a lot of travelers don’t think about until it’s too late is to connect through airports that are less prone to delays, like Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport—versus Chicago’s O’Hare or New York’s Newark, JFK and LGA.

The clever folks over at RewardExpert have ranked the 45 busiest airports for Thanksgiving travel, from best to worst.
