Because you will most likely be making large purchases, you might be able to qualify for the best limited-time credit card offers. It’s possible for house flippers to earn bonus points on home improvement and advertising purchases.

American Express Blue Business Cash Card

The American Express Blue Business Cash™ Card might be the best business cash rewards credit card with no annual fee (See Rates & Fees). You  2% cash back on all eligible purchases on up to $50,000 per calendar year, then 1%. Your rewards balance automatically redeems as a monthly statement credit.

It also comes with Expanded Buying Power which gives cardholders the ability to spend beyond their credit limit. While the amount you are able to spend is not unlimited, it can be improved should you need it. The amount will adjust with card usage, payment history, credit record, and financial resources that American Express is able to review, and other factors.

The Blue Business Plus Credit Card from American Express

Another option is The Blue Business® Plus Credit Card from American Express. It earns 2x Membership Rewards on the first $50,000 spent on eligible purchases annually on everyday business purchases (then 1x points). Your points are most valuable when redeeming for award flights or transferring to the Membership Rewards airline partners at a 1:1 ratio including Delta, Emirates, and Singapore Airlines.

Cardholders can also enjoy more flexibility to use their card for more purchases and rewards when buying above their credit limit. While this amount is not unlimited, it does adjust with card use, payment history, credit record, financial reasons known to AMEX, and other factors. Expanded Buying Power gives businesses more ways to earn points and maximize their card.

It also has no annual fee (See Rates & Fees).
