7-minCan you believe it’s already February? If you haven’t kept up with your New Year’s resolution, raise your hand. Sadly, my hand is raised. I know traveling is no excuse but there’s something about being on the road that makes me lazy. Well, thanks to this simple website—7-Min—I will no longer have an excuse to not stay in shape on the road. All you need to do is pull up the site and click “Start,” and the 30-second timer will start ticking and the instructions will display what you should be doing:—Jumping Jacks, Lunges, Pushups, Wall Sit, Side Plank…—and in between each exercise, you get a nine-second rest. No excuses now.

Love the workout. When I’m on the road I walk a lot but never set aside time for some exercises.
