“I recently flew Delta LAX>ATL>CDG. Upon arriving at CDG I checked my Delta app and saw my bag was ‘at carousel.’ But after watching everyone grab their bags, clearly it wasn’t. Was it lost, stolen? When I switched to my laptop from my phone I got the real story: It was at carousel at ATL. It was still in Atlanta but the Delta app didn’t bother to tell me. It would have been nice to have a nine-hour headstart retrieving it. Tip: Don’t rely on the Delta app for luggage info.”

    What is the best free phone app to use for tanslating Mexican Spanish (not Spain Spanish) into English? If you don’t have an answer, it might be a good topic to cover a.s.a.p.

    The Delta app is more often wrong than right in my opinion. My app told me my flight was cancelled a couple of weeks ago in MSP. Turns out it wasn’t. I even checked with the Delta Help Desk and she believed the app over her own computer and rebooked me on a flight out the next day. Turns out when I got to the airport the next day, the flight left on time. It was the second leg of my flight that was canceled. Not the first leg. Filed a complaint with Delta and demanded they reimburse me for my hotel. $199. They called me on my cell and agreed to send a check. I do not trust that app at all.
