British Airways A380 First Class Remote Controlled Window Shades

If you want to get some good sleep on a plane, the best seat is usually next to a window so you have something to lean against (don’t forget to bring a pillow or extra sweatshirt!). You also won’t have to worry about your seatmates waking you so they can get up to use the loo or people who are walking up and down the aisle bumping into you or your seat. My favorite seat is the exit row window so you can usually get up without disturbing your seatmate. Consult SeatGuru.com or SeatExpert.com to see your best options, depending on the type of aircraft you’ll be flying on.

Here are more tips on how to sleep on a plane.
