How to buy tickets to Disney parks if you're in the U.K.Happy 4th of July to all our American readers! Today’s tip is for everyone across the pond in the U.K., and it was prompted by a question from reader Craig:

“Hi, we are from the U.K.. and going to Florida for two weeks. We wanted to do Disney World and Universal Studios. Where is the best place to buy tickets? Thanks.”

For an answer, I turned to our resident Disney expert Liliane Opsomer, who offered the below:

“U.K. residents can obtain discounted Disney World tickets, but these passes cannot be purchased at Walt Disney World. They must be bought before arriving at the theme parks. 2018 prices are currently £369 adult (10+) and £349 child (3-9) for seven or (special offer) 14 days of unlimited access to all four theme parks, the two water parks, and entrance to Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course and the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. Also included is the Memory Maker, which is Disney’s Photopass allowing guests to download unlimited amounts of photos taken by official Disney photographers in the park. For a limited time the tickets come with a special Toy Story Magic Band. To obtain these prices guests must use this special Disney U.K.-only website to purchase tickets.

Flight + hotel packages, flight, hotel, and tickets at special U.K. prices are also available. Check those out here. Universal Studios Orlando is not offering U.K. resident-specific parking tickets. For the most discounted tickets currently available check out officialticketcenter.com. Please note that offers change and depend on travel dates.”

Thanks, Liliane—and enjoy the trip, Craig!
