Since I wasn’t traveling last week, I decided to share some old photographs on Instagram. One of the photos (this one) was from my honeymoon, on which we flew Korean Air for the first time. I learned back then—and I just confirmed it’s still the case—that the airline offers cakes for birthdays or honeymoons free of charge in all classes of service on flights departing from South Korea! Keep in mind that the cake is provided during only one segment of an entire trip, but it’s still a great surprise to arrange for a loved one.
