reader-travel-tip2Keep Sensitive Information in Your Carry-On
Each Friday, we’re featuring a reader-submitted tip as our Travel Tip of the Day. This week’s tip comes from reader Judy, who says:

“Don’t leave a copy of your passport, credit cards or address in your luggage because anyone can have access and steal your identity.”

If you’re bringing this information, keep it in your carry-on. Bags have been lost by airlines before, and it’s always better to be safe. Thanks, Judy!

Agree, except your address will be on your luggage tag. After all, they’ll have to know where to return your bag if it get’s lost or if you need to claim it.
