Travel App of the Week: Restaurant Nutrition

Restaurant Nutrition App

We’re all trying to eat healthy these days but for frequent travelers, it seems like it’s getting even tougher (at least, that’s my lame excuse.) This free Restaurant Nutrition app (compatible with iOS and Android) can come in handy especially in airports where the only choices are chain restaurants. The app can help you make better choices by letting you know the fat content, calorie count, protein, cholesterol, etc. for each menu item. It can also turn on diets to track calorie carbohydrates, protein and fat to help track and quantify your dieting progress.
