Travel App of the Week: Seene

SeeneIt’s amazing what phones can do these days. Seene, a free app for iPhone that was voted one of the Best Apps of 2013 by TechCrunch, lets you capture 3-D images, movies and gifs using only your phone’s camera. All you have to do is point your phone’s camera at what you want to shoot with the app open and move it smoothly in one direction, and the app will do the rest!

  1. As for me, I prefer Spyglass. It works great when offline, assuming that you pre-download maps that you need. It also have many useful features, such as marking waypoints, saving spots, measuring your speed and distance to the target, sharing locations with friends and much more.
