For a unique perspective on LA restaurants, check out this adorable dog named Popeye the Foodie Dog. This once-homeless dog now lives a luxurious life dining at pet-friendly restaurants. Popeye’s account has over 150,000 followers and the below photo is from one of my favorite LA eateries…In-N-Out.
