A great travel resource for HawaiiansI had a driver recently take my family and me from the Ritz-Carlton Waikiki (here are my reasons to stay there) to the Honolulu airport. We got to talking about travel, and he told me about some really incredible deals he and his friends regularly get to Las Vegas from Vacations Hawaii. The trips are for six days and five nights in Vegas and include everything: air (charter on Omni), transfers, hotel, and three meals a day for only $600. He said that travelers need a Hawaiian ID, though I don’t see that listed on the website.

It seems like a great travel resource for residents of Hawaii, at least. (Hawaiians go to Vegas often—so often that it’s sometimes called Hawaii’s ninth island. At these prices I can understand why.)

    “I had a driver recently take my family and I from . . .”

My family and ME. . .

Might as well use correct grammar. :-)
