How to Save Yourself from Choking when No One’s Around
Our friends over at TipHero.com shared this video (above) of a firefighter demonstrating his method for saving yourself from choking when no one else is around. I’ve never tried it (and hope to never have to) but it’s good knowledge to have on the road or at home.

    The CPR technique I learned was based off the Heimlich maneuver. Use the back of a chair at the same place you would perform the Heimlich. This should force air upward to dislodge the blockage. Yes, I’ve done this to myself successfully.
