Travel Website of the Week: National Geographic Kids

nat-geo-kidsIt’s not every day I get to feature a kids travel website, but since my first son was born last week I thought I would do it in honor of him. To be honest, I didn’t know National Geographic even had a kids magazine and site. The National Geographic Kids site does push their magazine, but it also has a free component that’s designed to inspire young adventurers to explore the world. There are games and even quizzes like this one on our National Parks (I was bummed that number five stumped me).

Do you have kids? Do you like this site? Do you recommend any others? Let me know!
