Each Friday, we feature a reader-submitted tip as our Travel Tip of the Day. This week’s tip comes from reader Deb, who builds on this tip about a way to mark your luggage by saying:

“Instead of old ties to mark our luggage, we purchase bright colored bath scrunchies, the small size that usually cost about $2-3. They have a strong rope that works well for luggage that can get some abuse.”

Like these. Thanks, Deb!

This is a great tip! However the link you provided is to hair scrunchies which are a very different item – and wouldn’t work the same way. (no rope loop connected). Bath loofah or sponge is probably the better descriptor – but either way you’ll want to update to a link to the right item. Here’s an amazon link http://amzn.to/2kDa2G7 that actually matches the screenshot. Thanks!
