Chinese toddler rides scooter through intersection
Last week a three-year-old Chinese toddler rode his toy scooter against traffic through a busy intersection in eastern China. It was all captured on video by traffic cameras. His grandfather who watches him said the boy disappeared when he went to use a bathroom but luckily a police officer saved the day.
