I followed my own advice and took some time to do just that but as I was going through all those emails, I noticed that more than a few featuring ‘wearable blankets’. Wearable blanket? Um … no thanks. But eventually, what can I say? I took the bait and clicked on one of the links and … I was kind of convinced.

A wearable blanket is exactly what it sounds like – big and fluffy and somewhere between a wrap, a sweater and an actual blanket. And baby, when it’s cold outside, it’s perfect for around the house. When you’re on the couch and have to get up, you don’t have to leave your cozy blanket behind – just keep it on!
But even better is to take a wearable blanket with you when you travel. I’m always freezing on airplanes and most travel blankets aren’t big enough or cozy enough to really keep you warm. I’m not saying they’re stylish … but this is all about practicality! These wearable blankets will keep you warm on the plane and in your hotel room (because hotel blankets are EW.) And they make great gifts for the holidays, too.
