Website of the Week: ShipFinder

ShipFinder

Since I just got off a river cruise, I thought it would be fitting to feature a maritime-themed website this week. ShipFinder.co is the sister site of PlaneFinder.net and it operates in a similar manner (and also uses Google Maps). On the map, you can pick a location and zoom in or out to see all the ships in the area, in real time. If you want more details, just click on one of the ships to see the type, size, location, status, speed, destination and a whole lot more. Pretty cool, isn’t it?
