A record 39.7 million Americans are planning a Fourth of July road trip (defined as travel of 50 miles or more) this year, according to AAA. Many of those trips will begin today, July 3. For all of you who plan to hit the holiday roads today, here are the worst times to drive, per AAA and INRIX:
