While any rewards credit card can earn points on Amazon purchases, some are better than others. In order to maximize your spending, a cash back credit card can be a beneficial card to have. However, if you’re looking to earn rewards for travel, there are some valuable options to consider as well.

At the end of the day, find the card that makes the most sense for you and your spending habits.

Other credit card shopping benefits you may appreciate include:

  • One additional year of U.S. manufacturer’s warranties of 3 years or less
  • Up to $500 purchase protection for up to 120 days for damage or theft
  • Zero liability fraud protection (standard with every credit card)

There’s also a non-Prime version of this card, the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card, with a lower earn rate. Canceling your Prime membership downgrades you to the basic card.
