Capital One Venture X Benefits

Here are some of the best travel perks you may come to expect from this new premium credit card.

Up to $300 in Annual Travel Credits

You will get up to $300 in annual travel credits on Capital One Travel purchases. The recently redesigned travel booking portal lets you find flights, hotels, and car rentals.

No doubt, the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card will be one of the best Capital One credit cards available.

Earn up to 10x Miles on Purchases

Your purchases can earn up to 10x miles on purchases:

  • 10x on car rentals and hotels through Capital One Travel
  • 5x on flights through Capital One Travel
  • Unlimited 2x on all remaining purchases

More rewards credit cards are shifting to awarding bonus miles on travel bookings through their credit card portal. If you’re comfortable paying for travel reservations from a third-party site instead of going directly through the carrier, this is an effortless way to earn bonus miles.

Flexible Redemption Options

Your Capital One miles are most valuable when you redeem them as a travel statement credit for purchases from the last 90 days.

Redeeming your miles for upcoming trips through Capital One Travel is another option.

Each point is worth 1 cent for either redemption method.

A third way to get more mileage is by using the Capital One transfer partners. Many of the airline and hotel partners now have a 1:1 transfer ratio and are best for international travel.
