When and how can kids fly alone?Leo Laporte asked me recently on the radio if his 15-year-old son is able to travel alone on a plane. Well, the minimum age and policy regarding unaccompanied minors varies by airline, which is why we created this guide to kids flying alone on the major U.S. airlines. For more on the subject: The Department of Transportation created a very helpful page that’s chock-full of tips for parents and a checklist for the person at the child’s destination.
