How to Be a Smarter Renter
Record360 is a brilliant app that helps protect renters of all kinds. Most savvy travelers know that when they rent a car, house or even boat they should document all pre-existing damages in videos or photos. A potential problem, though, is that some companies and individuals will dispute that the documentation was done by the renter. How can it be proven, for example, when exactly (before or after a rental) something was damaged?
Thanks to Record360, damage disputes are easier to win—and avoid entirely. The free app (only available for iOS) is advertised as the property inspection and asset condition reporting app. For renting, loaning, sharing, or simply documenting, Record360 provides high-quality, time-stamped, geo-tagged records of property at the time of exchange.
