Shop with United Miles at Newark Liberty this Holiday Season
Flying through Newark Liberty this holiday season? If you’re a United MileagePlus member, you can take care of some last-minute shopping with your miles at United’s novel Miles Shop, a real-life, brick-and-mortar store in which you can purchase items using the balance in your frequent flyer account.
As written by USA Today, the Miles Shop is located in Newark Terminal C and it “carries gifts, electronics, suitcases, books, traveler essentials, such as power adapters and travel guides, and children’s toys and clothing.” Among the examples of items for sale:
- Apple power adapters — 9,800 miles
- New York Times travel guides — 4,900 miles
- Samsung headphones — 10,000 miles and up
